PA Group is a mobile app that provides convenient access to your P&A plans on-the-go. You can easily check your account balance, submit a claim, upload receipts and more using your smartphone. With this app, you can also customize alerts and notifications that matter to you, like getting notified when you have a reimbursement or when you need to spend your account balance before year-end.

The app also provides extended customer service hours, which allows you to contact a P&A rep directly or use the instant webchat feature for assistance. You can easily manage your account and benefits, and enjoy the simple, straight-forward design of the app. With PA Group, your benefits are administered around you.

PA Group App Perks include the ability to upload a claim and supporting documentation, order a new Benefits Card for your spouse/dependents, enroll in direct deposit or update your ACH information, view claims history (including any denied claims), cancel your COBRA benefits, make a one-time COBRA payment or setup recurring payments by updating your billing profile, and determine if items are eligible for reimbursement using EZ Scan.

The latest update of the app includes improved card ordering for participants and updated participant notifications, as well as the new feature EZ Scan, which allows participants to confirm eligibility of any item by scanning the product’s barcode.
